I'm Iyad Khamis. Every English learner has a story about the early stage — where the wrong approach killed their motivation, or where gaps built on gaps until they gave up. The Foundation Course fixes that at the root. We sequence vocabulary and grammar the way the research says works, not the way textbooks happen to be organised. Adults learn differently from children, and this course is built for adults.

Can adults really learn English from scratch?

Absolutely. Adult beginners often progress faster than children because they can understand grammatical explanations, see patterns explicitly, and apply deliberate learning strategies. The Foundation Course is built specifically for adults with no prior English — the teaching approach is designed around how adults actually acquire language.

How long does it take to learn basic English?

كم يستغرق تعلم الإنجليزية الأساسية؟

The Foundation Course takes you from A1 (absolute beginner) to A2 (elementary) in 8 weeks — 24 lessons of 50 minutes each. At A2, you can introduce yourself, handle simple transactions, understand basic written English, and hold short conversations on familiar topics. From A2, reaching B1 (pre-intermediate) takes another 3–4 months.

What English topics should a beginner start with?

The most important early-stage topics are: present and past simple tenses (the backbone of everyday conversation), core vocabulary sets (numbers, time, family, food, work, places), question formation, and pronunciation fundamentals. The Foundation Course sequences these in the order they build on each other, not in the order they happen to appear in a textbook.
